    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 不飽和低級炭化水素を還元剤とするメタロシリ
    カ系触媒層により排ガス中のＮＯＸを脱硝するも
    のにおいて、触媒層の温度を検知する温度センサ
    １４と、排気過給機より上流の高温高圧の排気ガ
    スを下流の排気管内にバイバスするバイパス管１
    ６と、該バイパス管の入口に設けられたバイバス
    弁１５と、上記温度センサの検知温度により排ガ
    スのバイバス量を制御するコントローラ１７とを
    有してなる排気過給機付内燃機関の脱硝装置。
