Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the use of a bath room handily as home sauna by arranging an air heating means to heat air sucked by an air feeding means for sucking and feeding air into a sauna chamber and a steam adding means to add steam to the air. CONSTITUTION:A gas burner 6 is ignited to heat exchangers 7 and 8 while air to be fed from blowers 9 and 10 is heated and sent to a mixer 13. At this point, steam which is generated by atomizing water in a water supply tank 11 is sent to the mixer 13 from a sprayer 12 together with the heated air in the course of the lower stage heat exchanger 8. A high temperature air containing steam generated in the heat exchanger 8 heated above 100 deg.C is heated with the upper heat exchanger 7 and introduced into the mixer 13 together with the high temperature air being fed with the blower 9 to mix. The mixture is further mixed with the air in a bath room 2 sucked with a mixer 14 and sent into the bath room 2 being turned to a wet air of 60-70 deg.C without causing a dew formation. This enables the use of the bath room 2 as wet type sauna.

(Industrial Application Field) The present invention is for a simple sauna that is installed in a general household bathroom and used to use the bathroom as a sauna room by feeding heated air or heated air and steam into the bathroom. This invention relates to a heated air supply device. (Prior Art) Conventionally, a sauna bath for home use (hereinafter referred to as a home sauna) has a floor area of 2 to 2, as shown in FIG.
An electric or gas heater 101 is attached to a 3m2 wooden sauna box 100, and air heated to 90 to 110°C by the heater 101 is circulated within the sauna box 100, causing the bather to sweat due to the convection of the heated air. As shown in Figure 4, there is a convection type that promotes
A gas type or electric type far infrared heater 103 is installed in a similar wooden sauna box 102, and radiant heating by far infrared rays generated from the heater 103 is performed.
There is a far-infrared type that uses convection heating using heated air at 0°C, and is expected to have a weight loss effect through sweating and a fatigue recovery effect through the elimination of internal wastes such as lactic acid. (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the above home sauna,
Since both require a wooden sauna box with a floor area of 2 to 3 m2, there is an economical problem as well as the problem that there are restrictions on the installation location in a house with limited space. In addition, saunas involve placing the body in high-temperature heated air, which puts a strain on the heart, so bathing is restricted for the elderly, children, and people with frail health conditions, and although it is called a home sauna, it is not necessarily used by the entire family. There is also the drawback that it is not possible to do so, and these have been problems with the above-mentioned home saunas. (Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of conventional home saunas. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heated air supply device for a simple sauna that can be used as a steam path or a wet sauna that can be used even by children or people with a weak constitution.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A heated air supply device for a simple sauna according to the present invention is a heated air supply device for a simple sauna that is attached to a sauna room and supplies heated air or heated humid air into the sauna room. An air supply means for sucking air and feeding it into the sauna room, an air heating means for heating the air sucked by the air supply means, and a water vapor addition means for adding water vapor to the air. The present invention is characterized in that the above-mentioned structure of the heated air supply device for a simple sauna is used as a means for solving the above-mentioned problems. (Function) The heated air supply device for a simple sauna according to the present invention is mainly composed of an air supply means, an air heating means, and a water vapor addition means. The air is heated to a predetermined temperature by the air heating means, and if necessary, water vapor is mixed with the heated air by the steam adding means, and then the air is sent into the sauna room by the air supply means, and the hot dry air or humid air is added to the sauna room. By circulating air, for example, a home bathroom can be easily turned into a home sauna or a steam bath. (Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to Examples. 1111 and FIG. 2 show an embodiment of the heated air supply device for a simple sauna according to the present invention, and the heated air supply device 1 for a simple sauna shown in FIG. 1 is also shown in FIG. As shown, in this embodiment, a gas burner 6 is installed in the lower part of a combustion chamber 5 that is attached to an outer wall 3 of a bathroom 2 and is lined with a heat insulating material 4. Upper and lower fin tube heat exchangers 7 and 8 are provided, and these constitute air heating means. At one end of the upper heat exchanger 7 that opens to the outside of the combustion chamber 5, there is an air supply means that takes in outside air and supplies high-temperature air heated within the heat exchanger Z into the bathroom z. The first
It is equipped with a blower 2, and a lower stage, that is, a gas burner 6.
The heat exchanger 8 on the high-temperature side directly above the bathroom
A blower 10 is provided at one end as an air supply means, and the water in the water supply tank 11 is atomized into the heat exchanger 8.
A jet 1t112 for injecting water vapor into the air is provided, and constitutes water vapor addition means for mixing water vapor into the high temperature air fed by the second blower 10. The other ends of the upper and lower heat exchangers 7 and 8 are connected to the primary mixer 13, and the high temperature air heated by the upper heat exchanger 7 and sent by the first blower and the lower heat exchanger are connected to the primary mixer 13. Heated by 8 and 1! The air is mixed with high temperature air containing water vapor sent by the g2 blower 10. This primary mixer 13 is further connected to a secondary mixer 14, and the steam-containing heated air mixed by the primary mixer is further mixed with air in the bathroom 2.
It is fed into the bathroom 2. An exhaust pipe 15 is provided at the upper part of the combustion chamber 5, and is configured to discharge combustion exhaust gas to the outside of the combustion chamber 5. In the simple sauna heated air supply device 1 having such a configuration, the gas burner 6 is ignited to heat the fin tube type heat exchangers 7 and 8, and one end side of the heat exchangers 7 and 8 is heated. By driving the first and second blowers 9.10 provided in the blower 9.
, 10 are respectively heated and sent to the primary mixer 13. At this time, water vapor generated by atomizing and blowing water in the water supply tank 11 from the atomizer 12 in the middle of the lower heat exchanger 8 is also sent to the primary mixer 13 together with the heated air. High-temperature air containing water vapor generated in the heat exchanger 8 that is heated to 100° C. or higher by the lower heat exchanger 8 is heated by the upper heat exchanger 7 and is sent by the first blower 9. It is guided into the primary mixer 13 together with high temperature air and mixed, and further in the secondary mixer 14,
Bathroom 2 sucked into the secondary mixer 14 as secondary air
The wet air is mixed with the air inside the bathroom, becomes humid air at 60 to 70° C. without condensation, and is sent into the bathroom 2, thereby allowing the bathroom 2 to be used as a steam bath or a wet sauna. At this time, secondary air mixing by the secondary mixer 14 prevents high-temperature steam from blowing out into the bathroom 2, thereby preventing accidents such as burns. Moreover, by partitioning the bathroom 2 into a sauna corner with a curtain or the like, it can be used with higher thermal efficiency. Furthermore, by operating the simple sauna heated air supply device 1 with the sprayer 12 stopped, only heated air that does not contain water vapor is sent into the bathroom 2, and the normal high-temperature dry air is In addition to being used as a sauna, the bathroom 2 can also be used as a drying room to dry clothes and the like. In addition, in the said Example, the example which used the gas/pulverizer 6 as a heat source was shown. Although it is possible to use an electric heater instead of the gas burner 6 as a heat source, a large electric capacity of around 10 kW is required to heat a general household bathroom 2 for a sauna in a short time. Therefore, it is not necessarily common.
