偏向器、７ａは光電素子、７ｂは回路部、７ｃは
ビーム検出ミラー、７ｃ−１は反射面、１０は走
査ビーム検出装置、１１は凹部、１１ａは壁部、
１２は開口、１３は結像レンズである。
