- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 現像液タンクから現像器にポンプを利用して現
像液を供給するとともに上記現像液の供給経路を
形成する本線配管に支線配管を介して接続された
センサーユニツトを有した静電記録装置の現像液
供給装置において、 上記センサーユニツトは、上記支線配管内の圧
力に応じて変位するシリンダーとこのシリンダー
が所定量変位したとき出力を発生するオンオフ検
出器を有したことを特徴とする静電記録装置の現
像液供給装置。
