    画素電極と対向するように備えられた共通電極と
    、 上記画素電極と上記共通電極との間に備えられ
    た液晶と、 上記画素電極と上記共通電極との間に備えられ
    たスペーサとを有し、 上記画素電極に蓄積された電荷により上記液晶
    に電界を加えて画素を表示状態とする液晶表示パ
    ネルにおいて、 上記スペーサを、導体と、この導体の外部を囲
    う絶縁体とから構成することを特徴とする液晶表
    示パネル。
