使用する場合は材料費が高くなるうえ、形状や色
彩が限定され、何れの成形品でもデザインと色彩
による美観の向上と防錆性を安価に実現すること

解消すべく創案されたものであつて、その目的と
するところは、鋼板による成形品を使用するもの
でありながら、塗装工程を不要にして生産性を向
上させると共に、自由なデザインや色彩の選択を
可能とし、商品価値を高めることができるシヤツ

ツク製化粧板を被装したことを特徴とするもので

て、該中柱本体の略全長に亘り表裏面から案内部
の内壁に沿つてプラスチツク製化粧板を被装した
から、鋼板による安価な成形品を使用するもので
ありながら、鋼板塗装工程のための設備およびス
ペースが不要となり、塗装の雰囲気による環境衛
生を悪化させることなく、プラスチツク製化粧板
を中柱本体に被装するだけで、従来のモヘア等の
消音材と同様の騒音吸収効果を有し、かつ防錆性
に優れた中柱を容易に完成させることができ、も
つて生産性を向上させることができると共に、デ
ザインおよび色彩の選択性を向上させて、中柱の
商品価値を高めることができる、という極めて有
