導体保護膜及び導体保護膜で覆われていない発熱
抵抗体層上に形成され、前記発熱抵抗体層の酸化
を防止する酸化防止膜と、この酸化防止膜上に形
成され、感熱記録媒体との摩耗を防止する耐摩耗
保護膜と、を備えることを特徴とするサーマルヘ
