In addition, in the case of Comparative Example-1, which deviates from the scope of the claims, the water repellency, stain resistance, etc. were lower than those of the Examples, and in the case of Comparative Example-2, the water repellency was very good. However, the adhesion to the object to be coated was poor, and foaming was noticeable when forming into a paint, which caused problems in paint workability.
