吸気通路の一部を形成するケーシングと、該ケー
シングに一体に設けられ、前記吸気通路に対して
遮断された回路ケーシングと、該回路ケーシング
内の基板上に回路素子を実装した後、該回路ケー
シングを密閉する蓋体と、前記吸気通路内を流れ
る空気の流量を検出すべく、前記ケーシング内に
設けられ、前記回路ケーシング内の回路素子と接
続された熱線素子とからなる熱線式空気流量計に
おいて、前記回路ケーシングには、該回路ケーシ
ングの内、外を連通する通気路を設け、該通気路
の途中には、前記回路ケーシング内から外部に向
けて空気が流通するのを許し、逆向きの流れを阻
止するチエツク弁を設けたことを特徴とする熱線
式空気流量計。 (2) 前記回路ケーシング内とチエツク弁との間
に該回路ケーシング内の空気中の水分を除去する
