Claims (1)
- ガス分析装置などにサンプリングガスを導入す
るサンプリングガス導入管において、このサンプ
リングガス導入管を２本の管で構成しガス分析装
置のサンプリングガス入口弁部分に、一方の管か
ら送給したサンプリングガスを他方の管を通して
循環排出させつつサンプリングする構造として接
続したことを特徴とするサンプリングガス導入管
。
