Claims (1)
- 同一断面積で光路長の異なる２つの光透過セル
が同一光源に対して同一入射光量となるように配
置され、該夫々の光透過セル内には同一の液体試
料が流通可能に配管されていると共に、前記２つ
の光透過セルの入射軸後端に配置された受光セン
サの受光量の差を演算する演算回路が設けられて
なることを特徴とする水質センサー。
