Claims (1)
クトプローブベースを備えかつメインベース上に
固定されるプローブベースホルダーと、電気基板
を取り付ける基板ベースと、該基板ベースに取り
付けられた電気基板を前記コンタクトプローブに
押圧する複数の押し棒を有する押し棒ベースと、
前記押し棒ベースと基板ベースとを前記コンタク
トプローブベースに対して移動させる少なくとも
一つの電動機を有する駆動装置手段とを備え、該
駆動装置手段が間欠駆動装置を有し前記電動機に
より前記コンタクトプローブベースに対して前記
基板ベースと押し棒ベースを間欠同期駆動させ、
さらに前記基板ベースの両端部にボールベアリン
グを備えて該ボールベアリングの移動軸が案内ベ
ース上を前記駆動装置手段のメインシヤフトの中
心線と同一レベルで移動するように前記ボールベ
アリングを回転移動しかつ前記基板ベースの駆動
を前記電動機から1本の前記メインシヤフトを介
して行うことによつて前記コンタクトプローブ面
に対して平行に前記基板ベースを押し付けること
