A method (Japanese Patent Publication No. 38-12863) was adopted in which the anchor bolts were fixed by crushing the anchor bolts and curing the thermosetting resin. However, since this method uses synthetic resin, it has drawbacks such as being restricted from use in places where nonflammability and heat resistance are required, such as high-rise buildings, high-temperature furnaces, and chimneys. Therefore, in recent years, capsules made by separating and accommodating cement and water or water glass have become known.
No. 8605, Japanese Patent Publication No. 5 B-56594).

It has the disadvantage of requiring the use of equipment.

Compression molding is performed with a compression force of about 1, or the compression molded product is crushed using a crusher or the like. The particle size of each compression molded product or compression molded crushed product is 0.01 to 10 mm, and the molding density is 1.0 to 7.5 g/al. The particle size of the compression molded product or compression molded crushed product is 0. If the diameter is less than 0.1 mm, the fluidity is poor and it is difficult to fill the container during manufacture, causing the powder to scatter. Moreover, if the thickness exceeds 10 mm, the specified amount may not be filled into the container during manufacturing, or stirring with the curing agent may be poor when inserting the anchor bolt, resulting in poor curing.

After loading into a glass outer container, 14 g of jet cement compression molded crushed product (particle size 1.46-2.38 mm) and 14 g of iron oxide non-shrink agent (ABC Shokai (Kiyomi, trade name: Non-Shrink)) were mixed and filled. At the time, the floating state of the powder and the filling fluidity were observed, and the glass outer container was sealed to make a prototype capsule.Next, a hole with an inner diameter of 19 mm and a length of 130 mm was made in concrete with a compressive strength of 210 kg/ci. , load the above capsule into the hole, and use a fully threaded bolt with an outer diameter of 16 mm (material: 5NB7) with the tip cut at 45 degrees.
) was attached to an electric hammer drill and buried to the bottom of the hole without being rotated or struck, and after curing for 24 hours, the adhesion strength was measured. The results are shown in Table 1.
