Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 剛性材料からなる中空筒状の本体と、その内
    部流体通路に回動自在に配置される弁体とを備え
    、該弁体の回動中心軸線が弁体外周のシート面か
    ら偏心しているバタフライ弁において、前記本体
    内周面の閉弁時に弁体の外周面に対応する位置に
    非金属製シートリングを配置すると共に、該シー
    トリングの外周側に接合するようにして、常時該
    シートリングを内径方向に弾性的に作用する金属
    製シートリングを本体に取付け、閉弁時に上記金
    属製シートリングにより非金属製シートリングを
    弁体シート面に確実に密着させるようにしたこと
    を特徴とするバタフライ弁。 ２ 非金属製シートリングの弁体シート面に当接
    する面に、互いに独立した複数の断面山形形状の
    環状凸部を設け、弁体シート面とのシール性を、
    より確実に保持させるようにしたことを特徴とす
    る請求項１記載のバタフライ弁。 ３ 金属製シートリングの先端部を非金属製シー
    トリングの先端部より延長し、該延長部が閉弁時
    に弁体シート面と密着するようにしたことを特徴
    とする請求項１又は２記載のバタフライ弁。 ４ 非金属製シートリングと金属製シートリング
    とを共に接着接合したことを特徴とする請求項１
    記載のバタフライ弁。
