(Prior Art) Conventionally, in the dewatering treatment of dredged soil, for example, dredged sludge, a plastic drain pipe or a nonwoven fabric made of continuous polypropylene fibers is inserted into the dredged sludge to remove water in the sludge.

However, with this conventional method, when the sludge from which water has been removed is to be transferred to another location using heavy machinery such as a backhoe, the work is obstructed by the drain pipe or non-woven fabric getting tangled in the claws of the backhoe. Each time, it was necessary to stop work and remove the drain pipe and nonwoven fabric.

(Structure of the Invention) The method for dewatering dredged soil of the present invention involves laying cloth-like rock wool of a predetermined thickness using natural rock as a raw material, depositing dredged soil on top of it to a predetermined thickness, and By repeating the work of further laying cloth-like rock wool on the earth and sand, a pile of dredged earth and sand is created, and each of the cloth-like rock wools is connected to each other by another cloth-like rock wool, and the dredged soil is absorbed by each of the cloth-like rock wools. The dredged sand pile is dehydrated by removing the moisture, and then the dredged sand pile is scraped off and transferred to another location.

(発明の実施例) 以下図面によつて本発明の実施例を説明する。(Example of the invention) Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, dredged earth and sand surrounded by an earthen embankment 1, such as basalt on the bottom of the dredged sludge treatment pond 2 and on the inner slope of the earthen embankment 1, are used.
Fabric-like rock wool 3 made of fibers made from natural rocks such as slag is laid down to a predetermined thickness, dredged sludge 6 is deposited on top of it to a predetermined thickness, and then rock wool 3 is deposited on top of this sludge 6. Spread it again, deposit the dredged sludge 6 on it, repeat this operation, connect each cloth-like rock wool 3 with another cloth-like rock wool, and further connect the cloth-like rock wool 3 at the bottom. A drainage port 4 etc. formed through the lower end of the earthen embankment 1 is connected to the end portion.

In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the dredged sludge may be heaped up in a mountain shape without using the earthen embankment 1, and the outside of the sludge may be wrapped in rock wool 3. In this case, the central portion may be covered with rock wool. A large number of them may be vertically placed on the cloth-like rock wool 3 laid at the bottom of the pillar 5.

In the present invention, after forming the sludge pile as described above, a predetermined period of time is allowed to pass, and when the dewatering is completed, the sludge pile is scraped off using heavy machinery 7 such as a backhoe, as shown in FIG. Transfer it to a designated area and use it for reuse.

(Effects of the invention) In the present invention, rock wool 3 and 5 can be easily scraped off together with sludge using a backhoe or the like, making the work extremely easy and simple, and rock wool has a water absorption rate similar to conventional nonwoven fabrics. It is possible to achieve a similar dewatering effect, and since rock wool has the same components as soil, it does not need to be removed and can be disposed of in a soil dumping site with dehydrated sludge without causing any pollution problems.

1. A cloth-like rock wool made from natural rock is laid down to a predetermined thickness, dredged soil is deposited on top of it to a predetermined thickness, and the process of repeatedly laying cloth-like rock wool on top of this dredged soil is repeated. Thus, creating a pile of dredged soil, connecting each of the cloth-like rock wools with another cloth-like rock wool, and removing the water absorbed by each of the cloth-like rock wools. A method for dewatering dredged soil, comprising: dewatering the dredged soil, and then scraping off the accumulated dredged soil and transporting it to another location.
