(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in all conventionally known methods, the cover member is fastened in the direction of the body using spring pressure, so it is difficult to simplify the fastening work. However, there was a problem in that it became impossible to securely secure the fixed state and to maintain it stably. For example, in the case of the patent publication mentioned above, with the spring member attached to the back surface of the cover member, the cover member is pressed from the front side to the fixing member on the body side, and the receiving portions at both ends of the spring member are placed above the fixing member. Since the structure is designed to elastically lock onto the locking part that protrudes from the top, it can be used in cases where at least one of the building blocks has moved and the surfaces of both building blocks are not located on the same flat surface, or if the gap between the building blocks is In the case of meandering, check if at least one receiving part and the locking part are not elastically engaged.
Even if this is done, there is a high possibility that the engagement will be insufficient and unstable, and furthermore, this engagement cannot be visually confirmed. In such an engaged state, the cover member and the spring member are likely to come off the fixing member due to external pressure such as strong winds. Further, since the spring member is compressed and engaged, the width of the gap that can be engaged is naturally limited when the spring action is taken into account, and the allowable range is not very wide.

Further, the conventional spring member has only two degrees of freedom to accommodate variations in the width of the gap between the building blocks or in the vertical direction, and cannot necessarily absorb the deviation when the building blocks shift in the parallel direction.

The present invention solves these drawbacks and makes it possible to securely fix the spring member to the building frame, and at the same time, visually confirm the fixed state, and to provide a sufficiently wide tolerance range for any fluctuations in the building frame, such as deviations in the parallel direction. It is an object of the present invention to provide an expansion joint which can be freely adapted to the width of the vehicle and which can be fixed even if the gap between the building blocks is meandering.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a fixing member fixed to the building frame side, and a locking part to the fixing member at both ends that springs in the width direction of the gap between the building blocks. In an expansion joint formed by combining a gap adjustment member and a cover member that covers the gap between the building blocks, a receiving part is formed in the center to lock a locking protrusion provided on the back surface of the cover member. , forming a connection part with a spring member described below below,
and a cover member holder in which both outer sides of the plate ends extending in the direction of the frame gap width from both sides of the receiving part are bent upward to form cover member back pressure contact parts, and both outer ends of a substantially W-shaped spring member. A substantially flat surface of a suitable width is formed on one side, and a locking part that protrudes downward in a W shape and engages with a locking part provided on the fixing member is formed at the tip thereof, and the connecting part and the above-mentioned connecting part are formed in the center part. The spring member forming the connection receiving portion to be connected is characterized in that the connection portion and the connection receiving portion are rotatably fixed to each other to constitute a gap adjustment member.

FIG. 3 schematically shows a construction example in which the expansion joint is installed between the building blocks 1 and 2, and the fixing members 3 and 4 are attached to the fixing parts 31 and 41 of the building blocks 1 and 2 in the gap A. In the state where the locking portions 31 and 41 are fixed so as to protrude to the side, the distance between the locking portions 31 and 41 is the same as the locking portions 59 and 5 of the spring member 55 in the free state as shown in A.
This is an example of a case where the distance is narrower than the distance between 9. In this case, the spring member 55 is configured such that one of the locking portions 59 is elastically engaged with the locking portion 41 as shown in (B), and then the spring members 56 are compressed by being pressed or pulled in the direction of the arrow. The other locking portion 59 may be elastically engaged with the locking portion 31, and then the locking protrusion 61 of the cover member 6 may be fitted and locked into the receiving portion 51.
The cover member 6 has a cover member holder 50 on its back side.
At the same time, the joint parts 62 and 63 are respectively joined to the upper surfaces of the frames 1 and 2 to which the fixing members 3 and 4 are fixed.

Therefore, in the expansion joint of the present invention, since the cover member holder 50 has a length that spans both ends of the spring member 55, the receiving part 51 does not sink when the cover member 6 is attached, and the engagement is prevented. The locking protrusion 61 can be reliably fitted into the receiving portion 51, and the locking portions 59, 59 of the gap adjustment member 5 can be securely and elastically engaged with the locking portions 31, 41 of the fixing members 3, 4, respectively. can be confirmed at a glance, and then the cover member 6 can be attached, so that the attached state of the cover member 6 becomes extremely stable.

Further, the plurality of gap adjustment members 5 are fixed to the fixing members 3 and 4.
Even if the gap A is meandering due to fluctuations in the frames 1 and 2 when the cover member 6 is fixed after being attached to each of the parts, the gap adjustment member 5 of the meandering portion may The receiving portion 51 is pushed or pulled to a position where the locking protrusion 61 can be inserted while further compressing one of the spring bodies 56, 56.
The locking protrusion 61 may be inserted by shifting the locking protrusion 61.
Regardless of the meandering of the gap A, the expansion joint can be installed.

Furthermore, when the frames 1 and 2 move in the frame gap width direction or the vertical direction, due to the male deformation of the spring bodies 56 and 56 of the gap adjustment member 5 and the displacement between the locking protrusion 61 and the receiving part 51. The cover member 6 can be stably placed on the gap A by absorbing the displacement between the frames 1 and 2, and as shown in FIG.
Even when the spring bodies 56, 5 are displaced in the parallel direction, the spring bodies 56, 5
6 undergoes torsional deformation and rotates in a deviated direction about the rivet 53, without transmitting the deviation to the cover member holder 50, and cooperates with the other plurality of cover member holders 50 to hold the cover. The member 6 is stably placed on the gap A.
