Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属薄板より成形された蓋外枠２及び器外枠５
にそれぞれ蓋蝶番片７及び器蝶番片１７を設け、
蝶番軸９により蓋蝶番片７と器蝶番片１７を開閉
自在に連結した構成に於いて、 蓋蝶番片７は、円筒状に巻き加工し、両端より
蝶番軸９が挿入され、該蝶番軸９には、端部に弾
性を有して内方向に屈曲した保持部１１を設け、
器蝶番片１７は、器外枠５との接合部に前記保持
部１１が収納される袋状の膨出部１８を設け、先
端を下方にカールさせて保持部１８の先端が係合
する軸受け部１９を設け、該軸受け部１９と膨出
部１８の幅を、前記保持部１１の幅よりも狭く構
成して蝶番軸９を膨出部１８壁面に弾性を有して
当接保持させた事を特徴とするコンパクトケース
の蝶番機構。
