Claims (1)
- 上面が開口する鍋本体の中央に下端面が底壁下
方と連通し上端面が開口した煙筒を立設し、該煙
筒の周側壁と前記鍋本体の周側壁とで囲まれるド
ーナツ状の凹窪室内で煮るようにした調理用鍋に
おいて、前記凹窪室内を仕切壁により区画して複
数の小囲室を形成し、前記煙筒の周側壁の上端部
外周に複数の通気孔を開設すると共に上端面に網
状蓋を着脱自在に被着するようにしたことを特徴
とする調理用鍋。
