    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 注出口付き頂壁の周縁から周壁を垂下する基体
    ２と、上記注出口を開閉する蓋体３とを、各後部
    で基体２に対する蓋体３の回動が可能に連結させ
    たキヤツプ状物において、上記基体２の後部上端
    に所定間隔をもつて周壁４を前方に凹ませた一対
    の凹部７，７を形成し、各凹部７，７内に夫々収
    納させた一対の横長矩形状の弾性板１０，１０内
    側面後端縁と、上記各凹部７，７間に存在する凸
    部１１両側面後端縁とを各々第１ヒンジ１２，１
    ２にて連結するとともに、各弾性板１０，１０の
    後面上端縁外側部と蓋体３後部下端とを各々第２
    ヒンジ１３，１３を介して連結してなることを特
    徴とするキヤツプ状物。
