~ Create a laminated decorative material veneer 1 from a single material of about 4.0 mm as it is or by dyeing it in a predetermined color,
A large number of laminated decorative veneers 1, 1, . . . are laminated with an adhesive 2 interposed therebetween as shown in FIG. The adhesive may be colored or uncolored. Next, this laminate 3 is preheated so that the adhesive 2 is not completely cured. Here, it is preferable that the heating means be heated using high frequency waves, particularly microwaves. This heats the laminate 3. By preheating the laminate 3 in this manner, the veneer 1 is plasticized and becomes easier to bend. Next, the preheated laminate 3
As shown in FIG. 2, it is sandwiched between a lower mold 6 having a concave curved surface 5 and an upper mold 8 having a convex curved surface 7 and molded under heat and pressure to completely cure the adhesive and produce a laminated decorative material A. It is something.

However, in this example, it is now possible to use a veneer up to a thickness of 4.0 mm), and it is also possible to mold with mold 4, which has a large curvature (the conventional angle was 25°). (now possible up to 45°). Furthermore, it is possible to add minute irregularities to the veneer 1. In particular, by using high frequency heating or microwave heating as the preheating means, the laminate 3 can be heated evenly to the inside and in a short time. In this way, by preheating the laminate 3 and then sandwiching it between a pair of molds 4, it is now possible to mold what used to take 30 minutes in 5 minutes. This allows the molding time to be shortened. In addition, since the molding time can be shortened, there is no need to use a fast-curing adhesive 2, and therefore, when applying with a roll coater, gelling on the roll coater etc. It is possible to prevent this, and it is also possible to take a longer time to set the laminate 3 in the mold 4, which improves work efficiency. Moreover, it is possible to reduce the cost of the adhesive 2, and it is possible to create a pattern that can express a pattern. increases. The laminated decorative material A obtained as described above is then sliced in parallel at an appropriate angle to produce an artificial decorative veneer having a beautiful wood grain pattern on the surface.

Although it is formed using a lower mold 6 having a curved surface and an upper mold 8 having a convex curved surface 7, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, a mold having a flat inner surface may be used.

As described above, the present invention laminates a large number of laminated decorative veneers with adhesive, then preheats this laminate with high frequency without the adhesive being completely cured, and then laminates the laminate with an adhesive. The decorative laminated material is produced by placing it between molds and molding it under heat and pressure to completely cure the adhesive. Then, the decorative laminated material is sliced to obtain artificial decorative veneers, so preheating will cure the adhesive. By accelerating curing, the molding time can be significantly shortened, and by plasticizing the veneer to make it easier to curve, it can be molded without any problems even in molds with large curvatures. It is something. In other words, the high-frequency heating is performed in two steps, and after the laminate is preheated by high-frequency waves, it is sandwiched between a pair of molds and molded, thereby significantly shortening the molding time compared to conventional methods. Since the molding time can be shortened in this way, there is no need to use a fast-curing adhesive, and when applying with a roll coater, etc.
It is possible to prevent gelation on the roll coater, increase the time required to set the laminate in the mold, improve work efficiency, and reduce the cost of adhesives. This increases the number of patterns that can be expressed.Furthermore, molding can be performed without difficulty even when the adhesive is not completely cured, and as a result, no distortion stress remains in the resulting artificial decorative veneer, and warping is prevented. It is possible to obtain an artificially decorated veneer with less.
