施例を示すもので、第１図はヘツダーパイプとヘ
ツダーキヤツプとを分離状態で示す斜視図、第２
図はヘツダーパイプの端部にヘツダーキヤツプを
配置した状態を示す縦断面図、第３図は第２図の
−線断面矢視図である。第４図は本考案の他
の実施例を示すもので、ヘツダーパイプとヘツダ
ーキヤツプとを分離状態で示す斜視図である。第
５図はマルチフロー型熱交換器の全体構成を示す
正面図、第６図は同平面図である。第７図は従来
の熱交換器をヘツダーパイプとヘツダーキヤツプ
とを分離状態で示す斜視図である。 １……ヘツダー、２……チユーブ、１０……ヘ
ツダーパイプ、１０ａ…側縁部、１１……ヘツダ
ーキヤツプ、１１ａ……周側壁、１１ｂ……リブ
（係合用凸部）、１１ｃ……円形凸部（係合用凸

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 並列状に配置された複数本のチユーブと、その
両端に連通接続された一対のヘツダーとが備えら
れ、前記ヘツダーが、ブレージングシートをパイ
プ状に成形してその両側縁部を突合わせ状態とな
した両側縁部ろう付け一括接合仕様のヘツダーパ
イプと、該ヘツダーパイプの端部に外嵌め状態に
配置されたパイプ端部封止兼パイプ拡径規制用の
ヘツダーキヤツプとにより形成された熱交換器に
おいて、 前記ヘツダーキヤプに、ヘツダーパイプの端部
内周面に係合するパイプ縮径規制用の係合凸部が
設けられ、該係合凸部とキヤツプ周側壁とでヘツ
ダーパイプ端部の周壁が内外方向から挾持されて
なることを特徴とする熱交換器。
