第１図は本考案の液分散器の基本構成を示す平
面図であり、第２図及び第３図はそれぞれ第１図
のＸ−Ｘ′方向及びＹ−Ｙ′方向の断面図である
。また第４図は邪魔板を設けた場合の液の分散状
態を示す斜視図であり、第５図は邪魔板を設けた
液分散器の全体の組立てを示す斜視図である。第
６図は公知のノツチドトラフを示す斜視図である
。 １……原液導管、２……ヘツダ、３……一次ト
ラフ、４……液導入部材、５……二次トラフ、６
，６′……邪魔板、７，８……横孔、９……ノツ
チ、１０……ノツチドトラフ、１１……吐出口。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 物質及び熱の移動塔において、沈降性スラ
    ツジを含有する液を該塔に均一に分散するための
    装置であつて、該塔の直径方向に微小間隙を設け
    て水平に配列した二次トラフの列を設け、該二次
    トラフの列の上に、これらに直交させて１個或い
    は複数個の一次トラフを載置し、該一次トラフ及
    び二次トラフとも長さ方向の両側に複数の横孔を
    それぞれ穿設し、かつ一次トラフの各横孔を包囲
    すると共に、一端を該一次トラフに固定し、他端
    を二次トラフに嵌合させた液導入部材とから成り
    、該一次トラフに供給される原液中のスラツジを
    該一次トラフの底部に沈降させ、上澄液を該一次
    トラフの横孔及び液導入部材を介して、それぞれ
    対応する該二次トラフに導き、該二次トラフの各
    横孔から排出する上澄液を、隣接する二次トラフ
    の各側面に相互に衝突させて下向流を形成させ、
    均一に液を分散させるように構成したことを特徴
    とする液分散器。 (2) 請求項第１項において該二次トラフの長さ
    方向の両側にそれぞれ邪魔板を設けることにより
    該二次トラフの各横孔から排出する上澄液を該邪
    魔板に衝突させて下向流を形成させ、均一に液を
    分散させるように構成したことを特徴とする液分
    散器。
