レス処理装置に関する。

レスされた空き罐が非磁性体製のものであると、
このプレス処理物は押し板が後退動作を開始する
と直ちにプレス部内から落下し、一方、プレスさ
れた空き罐が磁性体製のものであると、この磁性

押し板とともにプレス部内を後退させ、上記非磁

ち、空き罐のプレス処理に必要な荷重が押し板に
作用する関係で永久磁石に欠損が生じ易く、ま
た、突き出し機構に故障が発生した場合は、プレ
ス装置そのものを解体して修理しなければならな
いといつた大かがりな作業が必要となる等、メン
テナンスの面で非常に不利となる。

る。
しかして、本発明の目的はプレス装置体の受け
板と該受け板に対し前進後退自在である押し板と
によつて空き罐を一個づつプレスし、プレスされ
た空き罐を排出する落下口の下方にシユートを配
置した空き罐のプレス処理装置において、上記シ
ユートと該シユートの下面に当接自在である保持
体とをそれぞれ回動自在に支持し、シユートは、
上記押し板が後退した位置ではその後退方向へ向
かつて、また上記押し板が前進した位置ではその
前進方向へ向かつてそれぞれ斜降した傾斜状態を
保持できるように、該押し板とは回動伝達部材を
介して常時連結され、一方、上記保持体の自由端
側には永久磁石を取付けると共に、この保持体の
回動通路上には該保持体が上記シユートと対応し
た傾斜状態になる下限位置からほぼ水平状態にな
る上限位置までの範囲を回動できるように規制す
るストツパーを設けて構成した空き罐のプレス処
理装置により達成される。

以下に、本発明の実施例を添付図面を参照しな
がら説明する。
第1図に示す如く、総括的に符号1で示したプ
レス装置体は箱体2内にセツトされ、この箱体2
には空き罐Kを投入するための投入口3の部分を
開閉する扉板4を枢着5してあり、扉板4には投
入された空き罐Kをプレス装置体1側に案内する
案内板4aを一連的に設けてある。また、プレス
装置体1の下方には空き罐Kのプレス処理物を材
質別に収容する回収容器6,7が並設されてい
る。なお、図中8,9はプレス装置体1の支持台
である。
プレス装置体1は固定状態に支持された受け板
11及び支持板12と、上記受け板11に対し前
進後退できるようにセツトされた押し板13を備
え、受け板11と支持板12は適当な間隔を置い
て一対の連結棒14により結合している。押し板
13は作動シリンダー15により作動されるピス
トンロツド16の先端に固定され、ピストンロツ
ド16は支持板12を貫通しており、また、作動
シリンダー15は公知の電動油圧ポンプ(図示省
略)等を動力源として作動できる仕組になつてい
る。受け板11と押し板13との間に形成される
プレス部17は横倒しの空き罐Kを1個収容でき
る大きさとされ、その底面部(空き罐Kの載置
部)17aの前端と受け板11との間には落下口
18が形成されており、この落下口18の下方に
はシユート19を設けてある。
上記押し板13の少なくとも片側下部には下向
きL字状の押しアーム21を固定してあり、この
押しアーム21の下側部分は二股状の係合部21
aに形成されている。一方、上記シユート19は
逆さ門型状の固定枠22に横架した支軸23に支
持片24を介して中央部分が回動自在に支持さ
れ、このシユート19には上記押しアーム21と
係合部21aの部分で常時係合している連接棒2
5が固定されている。即ち、連接棒25の上端部
側は外方へ向かつて直角に折り曲がつたかぎ部2
5aに形成され、このかぎ部25aが係合部21
aに係入し、押し板13の往復動作に追従してシ
ユート19を回動させる仕組になつている。ま
た、シユート19の下面には保持体26の当接自
在に配置され、この保持体26の基部26aはシ
ユート19の支軸23に回動自在に支持されてい
ると共に、その自由端26b側には該保持体26
の上面と面一に永久磁石27を取付けてある。
更に、保持体26の回動通路上には該保持体2
6の回動角度を規制するL形断面形のストツパー
28を設けてあり、このストツパー28は固定枠
22の底部22a上に固定され、その下縁はシユ
ート19が押し板13の後退位置に向かつて傾斜
した姿勢に対応した傾斜状態となる下限位置に保
持体26を受止める下限ストツパー部28aとし
て、また上縁はほぼ水平状態となる上限位置に保
持体26を受止める上限ストツパー部28bとし
てそれぞれ機能付けられている。なお、前述した
回収容器6,7はシユート19の両端下方にそれ
ぞれ配置され、図上左側の回収容器6は磁性体製
のプレス処理物を、また右側の回収容器7は非磁
性体製のプレス処理物をそれぞれ回収する容器と
して用いられる。図中、29は固定枠22にあけ
た軸孔、31は固定枠22の固定用ボルトの挿着
孔である。
以上の構成によれば、プレス部17内に収容さ
れた空き罐は押し板13の前進運動によつてプレ
スされ(第2図参照)、そのプレス処理物K′は押
し板13の後退動作によつて落下口18よりシユ
ート19上に落下する。シユート19上に落下し
たプレス処理物K′が非磁性体製のものであれば、
このプレス処理物K′は第3図に示すように押し
板13の後退方向へ向かつて斜降状態に傾斜した
シユート19上を滑動して一方の回収容器7内に
放出されることになる。しかして、シユート19
上に落下したプレス処理物K′が磁性体製のもの
であれば、このプレス処理物K′は永久磁石27
の吸着作用によつてシユート19上に一時停止す
ることになる(この場合、シユート19と保持板
26とは接合している)。この停止中に、プレス
部17内に空き罐Kが投入されてプレス作業が開
始すると、押し板13の前進運動によつてシユー
ト19は図上反時計方向へ回動し、その回動時に
プレス処理物K′を見掛け上は吸着しているシユ
ート19と保持体26とは永久磁石27によつて
仮結合した状態となり、保持体26はほぼ水平状
態になる位置まで回動してシユート19から離
れ、元の非作動位置に復帰する。この離脱動作は
保持体26の下面がストツパー28の上限ストツ
パー部28bに当ることにより行なわれる。一
方、シユート19はプレス処理物K′を保持して
更に回動し、第2図に示すように押し板13の前
進方向へ向かつて斜降状態に傾斜した時点で、シ
ユート19上のプレス処理物K′は滑動して他方
の回収容器6内に放出され、本発明の目的とする
空き罐Kのプレス処理物K′の材質別による回収
を達成できる。
なお、シユート19に対する保持体26の追従
作用が永久磁石27の磁力では不十分であると
か、シユート19が押し板13の後退動作によつ
て保持体26側へ向かつて回動し水平状態になる
位置で保持体26と当接させる場合には、保持体
26を水平状態に保持することができる比較的弱
い保持バネを該保持体26に作用させる。また、
シユート19はスノコ状に形成したものを用いる
のが好ましく、押しアーム21と連接棒25によ
つて構成された回動伝達部材はラツクとピニオン
等による他の回動伝達部材を用いることも可能で
あり、更にまた、本実施例では空き罐Kを横倒し
させてプレスするプレス処理装置について説明し
たが、これは投入口3及びプレス部17の設計変
更によつて空き罐Kを起立させてプレスするよう
に実施することもできる。

揮される等、信頼性の極めて高いプレス処理装置
を提供できる効果がある。
