ツプフイルタ装置であつて、一側に相対向する壁
の一方に排気入口部を、他方に排気出口部を夫々
形成したケーシングと、該ケーシング内の前記排
気入口部と排気出口部とを結ぶ線が延びる方向と
直交する方向に所定間隔を介して並列配置されて
保持される複数の板状フイルタエレメントとを備
えて構成され、隣接するフイルタエレメント間の
〓間部の前記排気入口部との連通部位であつて、
フイルタエレメントの並列順に交互に位置する連
通部位を閉塞すると共に、隣接するフイルタエレ
メント間の〓間部の前記排気出口部との連通部位
であつて、フイルタエレメントの並列順に交互に
位置し前記排気入口部との連通部位とは相反する
位置の連通部位を閉塞する閉塞部材を設けたこと
