４は増圧手段たる増圧プランジヤ、Ａは逆洗エア
である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排ガス中の微粒子を捕集するフイルタの近傍に
    、その微粒子を払い落とすための逆洗エアを導く
    エア通路を形成すると共に、該エア通路をターボ
    チヤージヤのコンプレツサに接続し、その圧縮空
    気の圧力を高めて所定の逆洗エアを形成する増圧
    手段を設けたことを特徴とする排ガス中の微粒子
    処理装置。
