数のベーンを等間隔で設けて、これらベーンによ
り区画されたカムリングの内方空間をそれぞれポ
ンプ室となし、各ベーンの側面に接するサイドプ
レートにより密閉された上記各ポンプ室に、サイ
ドプレートに設けた吸入ポートより順次流体を吸
入するとともに、各ポンプ室より吐出ポートへ順
次流体を圧縮吐出するベーンポンプにおいて、上
記サイドプレートにはベーンに接する側と反対面
の外周に周方向に伸びて、ポンプハウジングに設
けた流体供給口と上記吸入ポートを結ぶ凹溝を形
成して流体供給路となしたことを特徴とするベー
