Claims (1)
- 筒状のケーシングと、該ケーシング内に回転自
在に配設された磁歪シヤフトと、該磁歪シヤフト
の外周側を取り囲むように前記ケーシング内に設
けられた筒状のコイルボビンと、前記磁歪シヤフ
トに作用するトルクを電気信号として検出すべく
、該コイルボビンとケーシングとの間に位置して
該コイルボビンにそれぞれ巻き回された少なくと
も一対の検出コイルとからなる磁歪式トルクセン
サにおいて、前記コイルボビンには各検出コイル
の軸方向両端側に位置して該コイルボビンの内周
側に開口する複数の環状溝を設け、前記磁歪シヤ
フトには径方向外向きに突出し、該各環状溝内に
延在する複数の環状鍔部を設けたことを特徴とす
る磁歪式トルクセンサ。
