- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 検出した荷重又は変位と目標荷重又は変位との
偏差によつてサーボ弁を制御し、シリンダに供給
する圧油を制御してピストンロツドを往復動させ
て試料に荷重又は変位を加える電気油圧サーボ式
アクチユエータを備える電気油圧サーボ式材料試
験機において、 ＡＣ電源供給時に充電されるバツテリイと、 停電時に前記バツテリイからサーボ制御系に電
源を供給する回路と、 停電から一定時間後に前記回路を遮断するスイ
ツチング手段とを備える、 ことを特徴とする電源供給装置。
