- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加速度に応じた機械的な変位量を得ると共に変
位検出器からの電気信号により該変位量を抑制す
る変位部と、 該変位部の変位量を電気信号に変換する変位検
出器とを備えた加速度センサに於いて、 前記変位部が、屈曲状に形成した複数のフイル
ム部材によつて振子を多方向から弾性的に支持す
る支持部を有したことを特徴とする加速度センサ
。
