、第4図はPLZT表示素子ユニツトの構造と従
来加工法によるパネルデイスプレイを示した断面
図である。
図において、1はITOフイルム、2は金属薄
膜、3はPLZTウエハ、4は電極バンプ、5は
紫外線硬化樹脂、5′は余分な紫外線硬化樹脂、
6は紫外線、7は遮光マスク、8は白色ライト、
9は反射板、10は拡散板、11は第1偏光板、
11′は第2偏光板、12はカララーフイルタ、
13は隙間である。

Claims (1)

とするITOフイルム。 (2) 導電体を蒸着したITOフイルム面に紫外
線硬化樹脂を滴下し、PLZTウエハの電極を形
成した面を前記ITOフイルムに密着させるよに
定置し、紫外線を遮断する薄板を前記ITOフイ
ルムに密着させるようにして前記PLZTウエハ
の端面に突き合わせて、滲み出た樹脂を遮光する
ようにしたことを特徴とするITOフイルムの接
