とするITOフイルム。 (2) 導電体を蒸着したITOフイルム面に紫外
線硬化樹脂を滴下し、PLZTウエハの電極を形
成した面を前記ITOフイルムに密着させるよに
定置し、紫外線を遮断する薄板を前記ITOフイ
ルムに密着させるようにして前記PLZTウエハ
の端面に突き合わせて、滲み出た樹脂を遮光する
ようにしたことを特徴とするITOフイルムの接
着加工法。
