電磁石に交流の電気信号を供給して、前記浮上体
に浮上、走行させるための交流磁界を作用させる
手段と、 前記交流電磁石に供給する前記交流の電気信号
に直流の電気信号を重畳して、前記浮上体に振動
減衰効果を高めるための直流磁界を作用させる手
段とを具備してなることを特徴とする交流磁気浮
上搬送装置。 (2) 導電性を有する非磁性金属材料からなる浮
上体を交番磁界を利用して浮上、搬送させる交流
磁気浮上搬送装置において、 前記浮上体の搬送方向に沿つて設けられ、該浮
上体に浮上、走行させるための交流磁界を作用さ
せる交流電磁石と、 この交流電磁石に併設され、前記浮上体に振動
減衰効果を高めるための直流磁界を作用させる直
流電磁石又は永久磁石とを具備してなることを特
