しが蝶番結合され、その一方の半円弧状バンドの
外側に腕金等を取付ける台座を有し、台座が付い
ていない側のバンドの蝶番結合部側の端部に、そ
のバンドの円弧の延長方向に伸びた爪がバンドと
一体に設けられ、各半円弧状バンドの自由端にボ
ルト掛止部が外方に向かつて張出し、台座が付い
ていない側のバンドのボルト掛止部はバンドに蝶
番結合されていると共に、そのボルト掛止部にボ
ルトの頭部が固着され、ナツトと座金は相互に回
転自由に結合され、台座が付いている側のバンド
のボルト掛止部には、ボルトが側方から入る切欠
き穴を有すると共に、そのボルト掛止部と座金の
対向面に、座金の回り止め部が相対的に設けられ
