Claims (1)
るものは下記のものを含む。 四組のダイオードで構成されたブリーヂ式整流
結線で、その内の両AC入力点X,Y端には、連
結足が設けられている。そのプラス、マイナスの
出力端M,Nの一或いは、二者にも独立した連結
足があつて、その主なる特徴は、M,N端間に、
方向に順じて一組或いは、一組以上のダイオード
が直列されている。このダイオード組とブリーヂ
式整流回路の連結端の一側或いは、両側がONに
なつて、個別に独立の連結足で引き出されて、外
部の応用の選択に供給されるものである。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に述べた様な
ツエナ回路構造の改善は、一歩進んで下記のもの
を含む。最低二組以上のダイオードに、各独立し
た入力端A1,A2があつて、上記のダイオード
組の別の一つの同極性端が互いにCに並列した後
に、又、同極で最低二組以上に準じて直列し、ツ
エナ効果のダイオード組のC点に提供されて、そ
れで、ツエナ効果のダイオード組の別の一端にし
て、別の一つの出力点Eになり、方向に準じて直
列したダイオード組は、ツエナ効果の発生に提供
される。この様に、単純の直列組の外にも、更に
一歩進んで、各極体間で、抜き頭を設けて、それ
で応用の選択に提供されるものである。この回路
の構造のA1とA2端と、E端の極性は常に反対
のものである。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に
述べた様なユニツトで、負荷と直列して電源に提
供し、それで順方向の減圧を生じ、及び、一歩進
んで、各抜き頭の切替やシヨートによつて、その
