り替え得る整流回路と、 この整流回路の出力電圧が所定値を超えるとき
に検出信号を出力する電圧検出回路と、 この電圧検出回路の検出信号が与えられると前
記電源周波数の少なくとも1サイクルを超える時
間だけ持続する出力を形成する第1の時限信号出
力回路と、 この第1時限信号出力回路からの出力が与えら
