Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 挿入された用紙束の一端である背部に綴じ
    加工を施し、背部を一体に固定する第一の綴じ装
    置、 前記第一の綴じ装置を経た用紙束を反転させる
    反転装置、 反転装置を経た用紙束の、背部の対向端部であ
    る頭部に綴じ加工を施す第二の綴じ装置、 を備えたことを特徴とする製本装置。 (2) 請求項１の製本装置において、 反転装置は、回転軸に固定された回転羽を備え
    ており、 回転羽には前記第一の綴じ装置を経た用紙束が
    挿入され、 回転羽に用紙束が挿入されたことを検知する挿
    入検知装置が出力が挿入信号、又は第一の綴じ装
    置が綴じ加工を施した際に出力する第一の綴じ信
    号に基づいて回転信号を出力する制御装置を設け
    、 回転信号に基づき回転軸は回転して回転羽を所
    定の角度回転させ、用紙束を第二の綴じ装置に向
    けて送り出す、 ことを特徴とした製本装置。 (3) 請求項１の製本装置において、 第一の綴じ装置における綴じ加工を施した際に
    第一の綴じ信号を出力する第一出力手段、又は、 第二の綴じ装置における綴じ加工を施した際に
    第二の綴じ信号を出力する第二出力手段、又は、 手動操作に基づいて手動信号を出力する手動装
    置、のうち少なくとも一つを備え、 反転装置は、回転軸に固定された回転羽を備え
    ており、 回転羽には前記第一の綴じ装置を経た用紙束が
    挿入され、 回転羽に用紙束が挿入されたことを検知して挿
    入信号を出力する挿入検知装置を設け、 挿入信号又は第一の綴じ信号に基づき回転信号
    を出力し、挿入信号又は第一の綴じ信号の出力が
    停止した後は第二の綴じ信号又は手動信号に基づ
    き回転信号を出力する制御装置を設け、 回転信号に基づき回転軸は回転して回転羽を所
    定の角度回転させ、用紙束を第二の綴じ装置に向
    けて送り出す、 ことを特徴とした製本装置。
