Claims (1)
上記入口部を遮蔽する蓋体と、この蓋体と容器本
体との間に介装され、上記蓋体を開方向に付勢す
るばね部材と、上記蓋体を上記ばね部材に抗して
位置固定する係止手段とからなり、上記容器本体
の相対向する内面には案内レール部が形成され、
上記蓋体には上記案内レール部と移動可能に嵌合
した案内突部が設けられ、上記案内レール部は容
器本体と蓋体との両者の上面が互いに面一の状態
で入口部が蓋体により閉止された閉状態と、蓋体
が容器本体の内側に後退して上記入口部が開放さ
れた開状態との間を、上記蓋体が移動可能に支持
されるように構成され、上記係止手段は上記蓋体
もしくは容器本体の一方に突出形成された係合ピ
ンと、他方に回転可能に設けられ、上記係合ピン
を係止するとともに、蓋体を閉状態から閉方向に
プツシユすることにより上記係止を解除するよう
に回転付勢されたガイドレバーとから構成されて
いることを特徴とする車両用灰皿。 ２ ガイドレバーには、上記蓋体の開閉方向に延
びて上記係合ピンを案内する往路および復路と、
上記往路と復路との接続部分に形成され、蓋体の
閉じプツシユ時に上記往路により案内される係合
ピンを係止して蓋体を閉状態に位置固定する係止
部と、上記蓋体の開きプツシユ時に上記係合ピン
を上記係止部から外して復路に切替える切替部と
が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１記載
の車両用灰皿。 ３ 案内レール部は前端規制部と、この前端規制
部から所定量下位まで斜め後方に下降する斜め通
路部と、この斜め通路部の下端に連続して後方に
延びる水平通路部と、この水平通路部の後端の後
