The four floor support members and the support column are rectangular in shape and have short sides of the same length, and are arranged around the outside of the beam frame member with one short side placed on the beam member. The structure is constructed by stacking upper and lower floors with wall supporting members that are approximately the same height as the floor supporting member and are suspended from the other short side of the floor supporting member, and the lower floor The structural body of the upper floor is fixed on the foundation structure, and the support frame of the upper floor structural body is placed on the support frame of the lower floor structural body. Then, the space between the wall supporting members of the structural main body on the upper floor is placed on the wall supporting member of the structural main body on the lower floor, and flooring is further laid between each floor supporting member of the structural main body on the upper and lower floors, and each wall Wall materials are erected between supporting members, and a roof structure is fixed on top of the main structure on the upper floor.

In other words, there is no need for load-bearing members in areas other than the main structure where wall support members and flooring materials are installed, making it easy to remove the wall materials and flooring materials in these areas, and furthermore, it is easy to remove the wall materials and flooring materials from outside. It is also possible to extend the It has become extremely easy to extend and renovate parts of the building other than the so-called main structure, allowing the space of the building to be expanded according to the people living there and the surrounding environment, and the addition of various equipment to add functions to the building. Installation and assembly are also easy.
