Claims (1)

より吸着保持できる様にすると共に、前記枠体1
下面のこれら吸着パツド3,3の間に下方に向つ
てピストンロツド7が伸縮するエアーシリンダー
6の基部8を固定し、前記吸着パツド3により重
畳されている薄板群中一番上の薄板5の表面を吸
着保持しながら、ピストンロツド7を薄板5の表
面に押圧しつつ前記昇降手段2により吸着パツド
3を上方に移動させ、ピストンロツド7当接部を
支点として薄板5を撓ませ、薄板群より一番上の
薄板5を剥離することを特徴とする重畳薄板の剥
離装置。 (2) 吸着パツド3がワークである薄板5の四隅
を吸着する様に配置されていることを特徴とする
