シヤフトと別体のハブを、該シヤフト外周面に摺
動自在にスプライン嵌合して結合すると共に、ス
リーブをハブの外周面に摺動自在にスプライン嵌
合して結合し、前記ハブの外周部に形成された筒
部内周面に、第1速若しくは後退速の変速段のギ
ヤに設けられて前記スリーブのスプラインと噛み
合い可能なスプラインを有するクラツチギヤの筒
部外周面に形成されたテーパ摩擦面に摺接するテ
ーパ摩擦面を設ける一方、前記ハブの外周部に形
成された凹部にプランジヤをスプリングを介して
挿入支持し、該プランジヤを前記スプリングの弾
性力によつてスリーブの内周面に押圧させるよう
にしたことを特徴とする車両用変速機のギヤ鳴り
