Claims (1)

2枚の弾性板の間隔の中間位置に電歪物質のバイ
モルフ板が前記した2枚の弾性板と平行になるよ
うに、それの一端部を前記した固定部材に固着す
るとともに、それの他端部を前記した連結部材に
対して柔軟に接続してなる構成体を単位の駆動部
材とする第1、第2の2組の単位の駆動部材にお
ける第1の単位の駆動部材の固定部材を装置の固
定部に固着し、さらに前記した第1、第2の単位
の駆動部材における弾性板が平行に並設された状
態となるようにして前記した第1の単位の駆動部
材の連結部材と第2の単位の駆動部材の固定部材
とをスペーサを介して連結固着し、さらにまた前
記した第2の単位の駆動部材の自由端部に記録再
生素子を取付けてなる記録再生素子の駆動装置。 2 弾性板の一端部と、前記した弾性板に対して
所定の間隔で平行な状態に設けられる電歪物質の
バイモルフ板の一端部とを固定部材に固着させ、
また、前記した弾性板の他端部は連結板に固着す
