。According to the above configuration, by bringing the abutting member made of an elastic member into contact with the surface of the tooth surrounding the dental pulp to be removed or its surrounding area, the pulp cavity where the dental pulp exists is kept in an airtight state. It will be done. At this time, one end of the suction tube is passed through the abutment member, and the inside of the dental pulp cavity is communicated with a negative pressure source or vacuum pressure source through the suction tube. When activated, the inside of the dental pulp cavity is suctioned at a predetermined negative pressure or vacuum pressure, so that the pulp quickly moves within the passage leading from the suction tube to the negative pressure source or vacuum pressure source. Then, the pulp inside the passage or the pulp passing through the passage is detected by the pulp extraction detection means at a predetermined position in the passage,
At the same time, the suction of the negative pressure source or vacuum pressure source is stopped. As a result, only the damaged dental pulp portion is reliably removed via the suction tube without removing the healthy portion of the dental pulp existing in the dental pulp cavity or further back therein.

じて定めればよい。The present invention will be explained in detail below. FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention, and a suction pulp extraction device 1 according to this embodiment includes a contact member 2 made of an elastic member such as rubber, and one end portion 3a of the contact member 2. For example, it has a suction pipe 3 made of metal and connected thereto. The abutting member 2 is formed into a suction cup or dish shape so that it can be brought into contact with the surface (upper surface on the clinic side) 5a of the tooth 5 where the dental pulp 4 to be removed is present, and the abutment member 2 has a suction cup-like or dish-like shape in the center thereof. A cylindrical insertion portion 2a through which one end 3a of the suction tube 3 can be inserted is provided. Then, when one side 2b of the contact member 2 is brought into contact with the surface 5a of the tooth 5 and pressed slightly as shown in the figure,
The one side 2b is in close contact with the surface 5a of the tooth 5. On the other hand, the suction tube 3 is bent into an L shape on the garden side, and one end 3a thereof is inserted into the insertion part 2a of the abutting member 2, and the other end 3b is a tube such as a rubber tube or plastic tube. Alternatively, it is connected to a vacuum pump 7 via a connecting pipe 6 made of a metal tube or the like, and when the contact member 2 is brought into close contact with the tooth 5 as shown in the figure, the pulp cavity 5b of the tooth 5 and the vacuum pump 7 are connected to each other. are now communicating. In this suction pulp extraction device 1, as a feature of the present invention, a pulp extraction detection means 8 is provided at a predetermined position in the passage leading from the suction tube 3 to the vacuum pump 7 to detect whether or not the pulp 4 has been removed. ing. In this embodiment, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, this pulp extraction detection means 8 includes a filter 9 for capturing the pulp, which is provided at a position close to the connecting portion with the suction tube 3 in the connecting tube 6, and a diaphragm 10a. A diaphragm type differential pressure detection means IO in which a first chamber 10b and a second chamber 10c located on both sides of the filter 9 are communicated with the upstream side A and the downstream side B of the filter 9 via a first passage 10d and a second passage 10e, respectively. It is made up of. When the dental pulp 4 is suctioned from the suction tube 3 toward the connecting tube 6 by the suction action of the vacuum pump 7 and adheres to the filter 9 as shown by the chain line in FIG. The diaphragm 10a deforms due to the pressure difference in the communication pipe 6 between A and the downstream side B, and the deformation is measured by a strain gauge or the like attached to the diaphragm lOa (
(not shown), the removal of the dental pulp 4 is detected, and the vacuum pump 7 is stopped based on the detection signal. A ring-shaped sealing member 11.11 made of, for example, rubber is attached to the other end 3b of the suction pipe 3 in order to prevent pressure from being released from the connection with the connecting pipe 6. Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. First, the insertion portion 2a of the contact member 2 or the suction tube 3 is inserted into the pulp cavity 5b of the tooth 5 surrounding the pulp 4 to be removed.
One side 2b of the abutting member 2 is brought into contact with the surface 5a of the readout 5 so that one end (lower end on the school side) is located, and further pressing is applied slightly as necessary. 2b is in close contact with the surface 5a of the tooth 5, the peripheral edge of the readout 5 is kept airtight, and the inside of the pulp cavity 5b is communicated with the vacuum pump 7 via the suction tube 3 and the connecting tube 6. Next, when the vacuum pump 7 is operated in this state, the pulp cavity 5
The pressure inside b is reduced, and the dental pulp 4 inside is sucked into the connecting tube 6 from the one end 3a side of the suction tube 3. The pulp 4 sucked in this way moves through the passages in the suction tube 3 and the connecting tube 6 toward the vacuum pump 7, and when it reaches a predetermined position in the connecting tube 6 where the filter 9 is installed. , and the captured dental pulp 4 is captured by the filter 9 and attached to the filter 9. As a result, the air circulation area of the filter 9 is reduced by the amount of the dental pulp 4 attached, so that a pressure difference occurs between the upstream side A and the downstream side B of the filter 9 in the passage. Then, the diaphragm 10a in the diaphragm type differential pressure detection means 10 deforms based on the pressure difference, and this deformation is sensed by a strain gauge or the like (not shown) attached to the diaphragm 10a, thereby causing the pulp cavity to It is detected that the dental pulp 4 has been suctioned from the tooth pulp 5b and captured by the filter 9, and further, based on the detection signal, the operation of the vacuum pump 7, that is, the suction action is immediately stopped. As a result, the dental pulp 4 existing in the pulp cavity 5b and its deep part is removed.
Only the part to be removed, that is, the damaged pulp part, is easily, quickly, and reliably removed via the suction tube 3, while the healthy part remains in its original state without being removed. It turns out. In the above embodiment, the presence or absence of pulp extraction is detected by detecting the differential pressure between the upstream side A and the downstream side B of the filter 9, but the pulp extraction detection means 8 is not limited to this type. Any device that can detect the extracted pulp may be used. For example, the deformation of the filter 9 that occurs when the dental pulp 4 contacts or adheres to the filter 9 may be directly detected using a strain gauge, and furthermore, an optical sensor may be provided at a predetermined position of the suction tube 3 or the communication tube 6. This sensor may be used to detect whether or not the dental pulp 4 has passed. In addition, in order to quickly detect that the pulp 4 has been removed from the pulp cavity 5a and to prevent subsequent suction outside the root apex, the pulp extraction detection means 8 is positioned as close as possible to the pulp cavity 5b. It is desirable to provide a In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, part 1 of the finger 15 to be extracted
If the tooth 5c is chipped and missing, the chipped portion 15c is captured with cement or the like, a hole 15d communicating with the pulp cavity 15b is made, and in this state the abutment member is brought into close contact with the surface of the tooth 15. Therefore, it can be used in the same manner as in FIG. Furthermore, although the above-mentioned embodiment relates to the case where it is used for the pulp extraction of so-called molar teeth such as molars and premolars, the suction pulp extraction device of the present invention is not limited to such a device for molar teeth. For example, the suction pulp extraction device 21 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4 and the suction pulp extraction device 31 of the third embodiment shown in FIG. It can also be used for Figure 5). In that case, each suction pulp removal device 2

3 shape, or a suction pipe 23.3 on the contact member 22.32.
The angle at which the tooth 25, 35 is inserted may be determined depending on the position of the tooth 25, 35 in the oral cavity, the shape of its surface or surrounding area, etc.

By just using this method, the damaged pulp existing in the pulp cavity or deep inside the pulp cavity can be quickly and reliably removed, and the healthy part can be kept in its original state without being removed. Therefore, even non-skilled dentists can perform this type of pulp extraction operation very easily, quickly and reliably.
