- 露光用パネルに対応する開口を形成したケース
本体、このケース本体の内部に設けた露光光源用
水銀灯を具備し、前記ケース本体の内面を含む水
銀灯の照射される部材表面をセラミツクコーテイ
ングしたことを特徴とする露光装置。
