- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 洗浄槽の中央部に洗浄液の補給筒体を設け
た陰極線管パネルのシール面を洗浄するパネル洗
浄装置において、前記補給筒体に前記パネル面に
吹き出すエアブローノズルとともに、このノズル
からエア吹き出し方向を規制し、洗浄液の跳ね返
りを阻止する遮へい体を設けたことを特徴とする
パネル洗浄装置。 (2) 前記エアブローノズルが前記補給筒体内に
配置され、前記遮へい体が前記パネルの内面と所
定の間隔をもつて四方に拡大する天板で構成した
