Claims (1)
- 少くとも二電極を有する電子部品素子と、その
各電極に接続された電極引出端子とを有する電子
部品において、少くとも一方の電極と電極引出端
子との間に、所定断面積の孔を有する耐熱性絶縁
シートを介在させ前記孔を通じて前記電極と電極
引出端子間をハンダで接続しハンダのブリツジ接
続部を形成したことを特徴とする電子部品。
