Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 入力面とこれに対向する放射面との間の縦幅
が使用振動周波数に対しほぼ1/2波長に設定され
、かつ横幅が1/4波長以上に設定された板状のホ
ーン本体を備えた超音波溶着用工具ホーンにおい
て、前記ホーン本体を、各所ほぼ同一板厚の薄板
状に形成するとともに、入力面と放射面との間の
板面に、横幅方向に1/4波長以下の間隔で少なく
とも１本のスロツトを設け、かつこのスロツトの
放射面側の端部を、横幅方向に拡大させたことを
特徴とする超音波溶着用工具ホーン。 ２ スロツトの放射面側の端部を、放射面から縦
幅方向にほぼ1/4波長の位置まで、横幅方向に拡
大させたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の超音波
溶着用工具ホーン。
