- ランナクラウンとランナバンドおよびこれらで
挾持されるランナ羽根で構成されるランナと、こ
のランナの上方および前記ランナクラウン外周の
対向部を被う上カバと、前記ランナの下方および
前記ランナバンド外周の対向部を被う下カバとを
備えたフランシス形ポンプ水車において、前記ラ
ンナ外周の前記ランナクラウン外周端面および前
記ランナバンド外周端面に対向する上カバおよび
下カバ部に円周方向に複数個の切欠部をそれぞれ
設けたことを特徴とするフランシス形ポンプ水車
。
