Furthermore, if the amount of information to be expressed is diverse, a corresponding number of lamps, etc. will be required, which is impractical. Furthermore, as is often done in the past, displays using combinations of numbers and symbols using 7-segment LEDs, for example, require humans to interpret the meanings of the displayed symbols.
During this process, misreading of the display often occurs, resulting in poor efficiency. Furthermore, the amount of information expressed by codes is still extremely limited.

The purpose is to improve work efficiency and reduce errors by making it possible to grasp the situation at any time. Specifically, the operating state of the movable parts within the device or the operating state of the detection member that detects the movable parts is displayed on the operating unit. The present invention provides an image processing device that schematically displays graphics on a container.

Further, reference numeral 33 denotes a printer section, in which an image output section 5 is provided. FIG. 4 shows the document table cover 31 shown in FIG. 3 opened and viewed from directly above the document table. Carriage 12
There is an image input section 3 having an image sensor, and during a copying operation, the document is scanned from the bottom surface and read while moving within a carriage or document table by an X-direction motor and a Y-direction motor (not shown). This copying apparatus has a function of specifying an area on a document and performing color conversion, trimming, etc., and uses an editor 9 for this purpose.

A mirror 13 is attached to the carriage 12 as shown in Fig. 6, and this and a finder mirror 14 in front
By looking at the document from below, the position of the carriage can be confirmed and coordinates can be specified. At this time, in order to specify the position using the editor 9 while holding the document so that it does not move with the document table cover 31, the position of the carriage 12 is directly visually observed from the outside and confirmed using mirrors 13 and 14. do. In this case, even if you know the distance in the horizontal direction, it is difficult to understand the distance in the depth direction unless you are used to it.

It is even better to be able to do this.

First, portions that do not change in the status display mode, ie, portions excluding the cursor and coordinate values, are displayed (step 103). Next, refer to the values of counters X and Y to display the cursor at the corresponding position and the coordinate value at the current coordinate (step 1

Next, the process waits for the editor 9 to be operated, and at this time also checks the end flag, and if the end flag is raised, the edit mode ends (step 106), or if the editor 9 is operated, the process proceeds to the next step. First, it is determined whether it is the X direction or the Y direction (step 107), and then it is determined whether the direction away from the home position is the direction toward which it approaches (steps 108, 115).
