往復移動するキヤリアと、このキヤリアに一体移
動可能に設けられた印字ヘツドおよび用紙ホルダ
とを備えた印字装置において、前記キヤリアを印
字開始前に前記用紙ホルダが印字開始位置で一旦
停止するよう駆動する印字開始位置設定手段を設
けるとともに、前記用紙ホルダに第１印字位置を
指示する第１印字位置指示手段を設けたことを特
