である。第2図aは本考案に作用される基板の一
主面側の平面図であり、第2図bは他方主面側の
平面図である。第3図は本考案の表面型電子部品
の一例である共振子の等価回路図である。第4図
は本考案の表面型電子部品の部分外観図であり、
第5図は本考案の表面型電子部品の部分断面図で
ある。第6図は本考案の表面型電子部品に使用す
る基板の製造工程を示すフローチヤト図である。
第7図a乃至cは第6図に示した基板製造工程で
主要工程における部分平面図である。第8図は基
板とブレークラインの深さとの関係を示す概略断
面図である。
