It has the disadvantage that it generates a loud mechanical noise during operation, and that the rotational torque is large at the beginning of rotation and becomes significantly small at the end of rotation. Furthermore, the rotation angle of the configuration is small, 20
It becomes difficult to obtain more than a degree. Moreover, even if it is obtained, the output torque is small and practicality is lost.

It is held between a and 1a. Since it is not necessary to create a ball groove in the salient pole 3a, accuracy is improved. Therefore, the steel balls 8a, 8b, 8c fit into the ball grooves 9a, 12a, 9b, 12b, 9c, 12.
The rotor 3 receives a driving torque in the direction of arrow F (FIG. 2a). However, the positions where the steel balls 8a, 8b, 8c abut on the respective ball grooves, that is, the salient poles 3a, 3b, 3c are the magnetic poles 1d, 1

ある。 The output torque is approximately proportional to the second power of the current flowing through the exciting coil 14. In addition, the magnitude of the output torque largely depends on the size of the gap between the facing surfaces of the salient pole and the magnetic pole and the size of the gap between the cylinders 4 and 13 in a place where magnetic resistance is large, that is, in FIG. 3a. . Therefore, it is necessary to make the above-mentioned void as small as possible.
